Meet Allison, born and raised in the suburb neighborhood of Kendall, and now residing in groovy Coconut Grove. Allison is a true Miami native with an intimate understanding of the city's unique culture and diverse communities. 

 Having honed her skills at Sime Realty under the mentorship of Belinda Sime, Allison has a solid foundation in the real estate industry. Client’s will benefit from her local knowledge and passion for the water.

Allison loves to share her deep love and understanding of Miami waterways with clients and combined with her professional training - she is well positioned to help clients find their perfect home or investment property.

She is a certified boat captain with charter experience educating clients on the history of Miami. During off hours, you can find her boating, fishing, or kayaking on the bay.
