Additionally, growing up around construction and building a house herself, Belinda has the knowledge and expertise to best guide her clients through the home buying and selling process.

When she’s not in the field, you can find her on the courts playing tennis or regularly playing Mahjong, Canasta, and Bridge at the Riviera Country Club. Additionally, Belinda has a passion for cooking and bringing people together through food.

Prior to founding Sime Realty Corporation, Scott was the Managing Director of CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Miami-Dade County. CBRE is the largest publicly traded commercial real estate firm in the world. There Scott was responsible for day-to-day operations of the organization. In this role, Scott oversaw 110 employees, including administrative, valuation and appraisal, marketing and research professionals and 70 seasoned real estate brokers, who specialize in all areas of commercial real estate. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Scott was a real estate broker with The Codina Group. In total, Scott has been in Miami since 1962 and has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience in the local market.
Scott has completed real estate transactions with The University of Miami, Baptist Health South Florida and PS Business Parks. He and his team have completed some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in South Florida including the sale of the Miami International Commerce Park valued at $206 million and the sale of what is now Grove Central Station to Grass River Property for $196 million. Sime Realty Corporation has sold and leased over 1.5 billion commercial square feet.

Scott is currently a board member of the following organizations: The Miami Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, The Orange Bowl Committee, The University of Miami Real Estate Advisory Board and He was formerly the Chairman of The City of Coral Gables Economic Development Council, appointed by the prior Mayor.

Growing up in the Sime household, real estate was never far from conversation. It took flying the coop to Boston, where she attended Babson College, and working in San Francisco, at Bank of America and in the tech industry, to rediscover her love for Miami.
Amber’s prior experience in banking and finance, developed her drive, composure, business knowledge, and solution-oriented mindset which best positions her to work with buyers, renters, sellers, and owners alike.

When she’s not in the field, you can find her cycling, playing kickball in the Grove, or at Books & Books at one of her book clubs. When she gets the chance, she’s also an avid hiker and loves taking her two dogs to the Matheson Hammock dog park.

Sally Morris is a lifelong resident of Coral Gables where she attended Gables High School and later went on to graduate from Florida State University. After college, she fulfilled her lust for travel and love of interacting with people through working as a flight attendant for Pan Am / National Airlines. During her maternity leave in the 90’s, she attained her real estate license and found a new way to fulfill her interest in working with people. She has been an active realtor since.
